ArtKabe is the controller for this personal information we process unless otherwise stated below. The lawful bases we rely on to process your data are Contract (for purchases), or Legitimate Interest (for enquiries or analytics) as laid out in Articles 6.1b and 6.1f respectively of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). 90 days after your purchase is completed, we will delete any personal data we hold associated with it. We may retain personal data submitted as part of an enquiry if it is in the Legitimate Interests of ArtKabe, for example to assess feedback on products to inform future product design, or through website traffic, for example to improve the website’s functionality and performance. If you would like ArtKabe to delete or change the data of yours we hold at any point, please submit a request to artkabedotcom[at]gmail.com as outlined under the ‘Your Rights’ section below. 

We will keep your information secure and not share your information with any third parties for the purposes of direct marketing. We do not use automated decision-making tools or undertake profiling based on the data we hold.

Please note this website is hosted by Squarespace. We share your personal information with Squarespace, our online store hosting provider, so that they can provide website services to us. As you go through checkout, this site may auto-complete your shipping and billing address by sharing what you type with the Google Places API and returning suggestions to you to improve your checkout experience.

Squarespace also collects personal data when you visit this website, including:

·       Web pages you visited prior to coming to this website

·       Your IP address
